I got this bike for free from a friend’s basement. So far, all I’ve done is take stuff off. The paint job is pretty abused, but it’s got good bones and will make a great bike for a short person. I l ook forward to finishing this one up and seeing it get ridden.
Cerro Alto, Sunday, February 24, 2013. Sometimes you need your love and a backpack and some fresh air in order for everything to be OK.
This has been the big project while I’m in Ohio: building a bike Jane can be proud of and will enjoy riding. Still waiting on parts before we can replace the back wheel with a 3-speed hub. And check out the custom cable bosses to run the gear cable through the swoops frame. Incredible. I’m so stoked to have my fingerprints on this one. I hope Jane loves it.
Man bonding over toenails with Jack.
I got new glasses. Pearls before swine, jerkies, pearls before swine.
